Choorna Swedam

Choorna swedam is an ayurvedic treatment for neurological disorders, rheumatism and arthritis. In this treatment, the whole body is vigorously massaged with herbal powder (choornam) tied into tiny bundles in muslin cloth until the warmth induces the skin to sweat.
